Buddies

Austin has a friend named Josh.
Josh is about 8 months younger than Austin.
Josh's Dad has lived in our neighborhood for a few years now.

Austin has a little brother named Jake. (Duh!)
Josh has a little brother named Peyton.
Peyton is about 6 weeks younger than Jake.

Now, Jake has a friend named Peyton.
Austin and Josh were in the same class last year.
Jake and Peyton have been in the same class off-and-on at Daycare.

About 5 weeks ago, we got new neighbors.
Well, kinda.
Josh, Peyton and their mom moved to our neighborhood.

Now, Stacey has a friend named Stacy.
Stacy (without an "e") is older than me (Stacey).
Shh. Don't tell her I told you that.

Stacey and Stacy enjoy living close to each other
and walking at night.
Although, we would like to be able to go more often.

Last night, we were so excited that we both had time to go.

So Jake and I headed out.....

In the wagon.....

We had a nice walk with Peyton and his mom, then stayed to play for a while.
(That's a hug, not a choke hold.)


The boys pushed the wagon.

Then Jake and I headed home.

Austin has a brother named Jake.

Jake has a friend named Peyton.

Peyton has a brother named Josh.

Josh has a friend named Austin.

Austin and Jake have a mom named Stacey.

Josh and Peyton have a mom named Stacy.

We couldn't have planned it better if we tried -

and wouldn't change it if we could!
