Happy Birthday!

So, I'm only three weeks late getting this done - my apologies...again.
Things have been a little busy around here.
We've been spending every free minute trying to get the house ready to put on the market.
The sign is now in the yard!

Allie's party was great!
The weather was great!

But, I'm glad it's behind us.
I've been planning this party for months and had multiple lists
of things I wanted to do -
I'm glad (and the checking account probably is too) I didn't even
do half of those lists.

Allie didn't want anything but the cake, anyway!

It took her a minute to really dig in.....

but once she did.....

well, I think she liked it!

Like most kids on their first (or even second) birthday,
they could care less about the present opening.

But she's really enjoyed all her gifts.

Opening gifts is tough -
Allie had to take a little thumb break.
