9 months

I know I'm a week late with this- and it's also been two weeks
since a post of any kind.
My apologies.
I hope these pictures can make up for my tardiness....

Allie had her 9 month check up a little early.
It was just easier to take her when Jake had his 3 year appointment.

She weighed 17lbs 2oz. (50th %) - She was 18lbs 14oz yesterday.
And was 27 in long. (25th %)

She continues to be a very happy and laid back baby...
most of the time.
Today (for the most part) was NOT so.
She has a cold/croup and was very clingy.
The way she squishes up her nose when she laughs
is just the cutest thing!
But she's just as cute when she's serious.
Disagree if you want...

(Note to self: Put the neighbor's cat inside while taking pictures of Allie outside.)
Sophie followed us everywhere and that's all Allie was interested in.
Well, that and the grass/leaves.
Allie is standing on her on for very longer periods and is
soooooo close to walking.
She wants to do it, but so far has only managed to take one step
at a time on several different occasions.
Clapping is one of her favorite things to do (other than eat!).
Even during a crying fit she takes time to clap.

And this is how most of our 'photo shoot' looked.
She was either chasing the cat or picking up leaves.
She reminds me of my sister's younger ballet days in this picture
with her tongue sticking out.
Regann (Sissi) would have to have her tongue poking out her lips
when she was concentrating during ballet class.
And speaking of Sissi - this little shirt, that looks more like a dress on Allie,
was worn by Regann about 24 years ago.

All together now - Awwwwww!
