5 months

Allie is just getting cuter and sweeter by the second - but that's my opinion.
I'll let y'all decide for yourself.

What did I tell you!

Total sweetness with a heaping scoop of cuteness!

She loves to play in her "jumpin' seat".
And when one of her brothers (or anyone, really) sits beside her it makes it even more fun.

Allie still likes playing with her feet,

but she has become a rolling machine!
Diaper changes have become a real challenge. As soon as I lay her down she starts rollin'....
and laughing.
The girl LOVES to laugh!

She has started enjoying brief moments under her play gym - when Jake isn't pushing her out of the way to play.

See? The sweetness is literally dripping from her!

I think Allie is having a hard time believing that she's 5 months, too.
Look at that face.

Allie also has two new tricks.
1. A week ago Sunday - Sept. 12th (that's for my records), she started "rocking".
She's been doing some pretty good scootin' since she was 3 or 4 weeks old, but she's really getting ready to crawl now.
(I was finally able to get some picks of the pre-crawling this morning)

This next one is a little blurry cus she was really rockin'.
She even made some forward progress as I was taking these pics.

2. She is officially - very briefly - sitting on her own!
Thursday (the 16th) she did it for a whopping 45 seconds while watching the boys play in the yard.
I only have a picture on my phone of that. Sorry.
