Crazy Weekend, King Kong, Arrow of Light

Well, we survived the weekend. Austin did not place in the top three in the Pinewood Derby so, he doesn't get to go to District. But we're fine with that because we hope to go to Baton Rouge that weekend. Is that okay, Tiff?

The cake I made for a friend's little boy was really cute. When I get some pictures of it downloaded I'll post them.

While Terry and Austin were at the Derby and i was putting the finishing touches on the cake, King King terrorized our den. He destroyed the Brooklyn Bridge that Austin made for school.

Last night, Austin recieved his Arrow of Light Award. It's the highest award for Cub Scouts. Next month, he will bridge up to Boy Scouts. We are so proud of him!
