Just a few more pics and we'll call it a day. This is going to be easier than I thought...I just have to remember to do it. We have a pretty busy (fun) weekend ahead of us, so there will be much to report on Monday.

Austin's 1st day of 5th grade

Here's our first picture! This was taken on July 21st. We were to have our first family photos on this day, but...life happens. An hour before leaving work, I got a call from the daycare..."Mrs. Thornton, we think Austin needs stitches." Turns out, he only needed a bit of supper glue. Whew! After waiting for Daddy for 30 minutes, we find out he's not coming becuase someone's Internet isn't working. Oh well. We got some shots of the boys and called it a day. Better luck next time...

Getting Started

OK. Here we go. I don't really know what I'm doing, but blogging seems to be thing to do these days. Like I really need something else to keep me busy...
Well, for starters. Terry and I have been married for 3 years now. Austin is 10 1/2 and Jake is already 7 months!! Boy, how time flies!! Hopefully, sometime in the not-so-distant future, there will be at least one more of us (maybe two). But if not, that's fine. Our little family is healthy, and we couldn't be happier.
Now, let's see if I can't put some pictures up.
