Two Weeks

Yes, I know Allie is three weeks today. Please forgive me for being late with this.

Allie had her two week check up last week. Dr. P said she was perfect, but we already knew that.
Here are her measurements:
Weight - 7 lbs 2 oz (40th percentile)
Height - 19 1/2 inches (50th percentile)
Head - 35 cm (60th percentile)

Her silly umbilical stump (I hate those things!) still has not come off so we'll have to go back in tomorrow if it's not off by then.
She's sleeping pretty good at night (usually) and is starting to stay awake more during the day. Now, if we can just get her to enjoy her swing while she's awake and not think she has to be held. I lovelovelove holding her but with another little person that likes 100% of everyone's attention it doesn't work so well.
Miss Priss is also a snacker - she doesn't "eat" like her brother did, but we're working on the snacking thing for many reasons. Wish us luck. Well, I don't really believe in luck - so just say a prayer.

do you have a sling or carrier? they make some really good ones that hold a teeny tiny bay really secure so you can be hands free. I had one when Mary was born and Elias was 18 months. It saved my sanity.
