Easter Weekend

**WARNING: There are a ton of pictures in this post. I couldn't help myself.
And, no, I do not deliberately take more pictures of Jake than I do Austin. Austin just usually hides when I start taking pictures.

We had a great Easter and I hope y'all did too! (Tiff, y'all are the "y'all" here because you're probably the only one that read this.) Anyway, in case there are others out there interested in our weekend, here's the rundown:

Friday was crazy busy! Jake and I started the day at the at the car dealership (@ 8 o'clock!) getting an oil change. Then off to get a haircut for me, pick up Austin at a friend's house, then to Sonic for an early lunch. Jake ate a whole corn dog - his first one. He held it by the stick and everything! He's such a big boy. Next was Austin's haircut and a quick stop by the CPA's. And we were home by 12:30! Whew! What a long day already!

That afternoon, we met an old friend Melissa and her little girl, Ella at the park. We have not seen each other in years so this was my 1st time to meet Ella and her 1st to meet Jake. We had such a great visit!

After that, we headed to my in-law's to visit with Aunt Tiffie, Uncle Peter and Tatum who were here from Baton Rouge. Jake was so happy to see Tatum!

Saturday, we had more fun at Grandmaw and GPH's house with Tatum.

Jake does this when he thinks he's being ignored - he gets in your face so you'll have to look at him. I think Tatum has him figured out. Look at that little smirk!

Jake loves flowers. If he sees one, it's gonna get picked! Clover is his favorite!

On Sunday, we went to Louisville to see Grandmaw and Papa (Terry's Grandparents). I think Jake would be in hog heaven if we lived in the country. He spent most of his time outside.

After a wonderful dinner (Thanks Mamaw!), Austin and GPH hunted eggs. Austin found the prize.....A SNAKE!!! YIKES!!!

Seriously, Jake could not have asked for a better Big Brother! He has got to be the luckiest "Little Dude".
